The Porlwi festival has been one of our most challenging yet inspiring endeavours from 2015 to 2017. We were in charge of recruiting and managing some 300 members of the régisseur staff every year in addition to providing extensive backstage logistics coordination.

Following presentations across a number of educational institutions, we have led a team of highly motivated individuals each year, to staff the several teams that composed the working force of the festival. We also applied strict management control on the budget allocated to the regie function.
